For example, the unfortunate implications in “Over a Barrel.” Don’t quash peoples’ concerns with yelling that “Bronies like it, so it’s okay!” or “Quit whining! Boohoohoo, why won’t you say that the show is perfect, and so are Bronies?” or “You’re the (insert term here)-ist for seeing that!”

So I started drawing humanized ponies and it turned into let’s do not-white versions of almost everyone. Because the fandom can always use more of that :)

I usually headcanon RD, Rarity and Twilight as PoC anyway.

Fluttershy ended up the token white kid, because I dunno.

The Apple family ended up being Native America, because I’ve seen that once or twice and I like the idea.

Rainbow Dash and Rarity secretly get along really well. They hang out, pluck eyebrows and do their hair, because it takes them both hours for their particular styles.
